Casual petanque play and practice. Teams are formed at random; there is no tournament. The club is immediately east of Bud Kearns Municipal Swimming Pool in Balboa Park.
Bring your boules and lunch. Beginners are welcome, and the club has extra boules to borrow. Players are asked to arrive at 9:30 AM to help maintain the club and courts. Play is rain or shine unless cancelled one day in advance by Evite because of expected heavy rain.
