Terms

Updated 26 October 2026.

localhum is the guide at localhum.app. By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy page. If you don't agree, don't use localhum.

The listings

Every listing is gathered from what the venue itself has published, and read again every few days. We do our best to get it right, and a venue can change its plans after we read them. Check with the venue before you go or book. Prices, ages and times are the venue's words as we read them, not offers from localhum. Flyers and images belong to the venues and artists that published them; they are shown to describe the listing and removed on request.

Venues

Listing is free. A venue can claim its page, correct a listing or ask to be removed at any time through the form; we act on a removal within 14 days. We read a venue's website the way a visitor would, at a modest rate, respecting robots.txt, and never log in to anything or get around an access control.

Acceptable use

Share any page and quote any listing, with a link back. Don't send bulk or automated submissions, harvest addresses, scrape the site, overload it, or use it for anything illegal. We may remove what breaks this and block the address behind it.

No warranty

localhum is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, localhum and the people who run it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of localhum or from anything you did because of a listing.

Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes are posted here with a new date. Using localhum after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
