The San Diego Bonsai Club’s November meeting includes a demonstration by Guilherme Barbosa. It meets at the War Memorial Building instead of Casa del Prado, and there is no Beginner Class this month.

Barbosa will demonstrate twisting juniper whips into “bean-sized” or mame bonsai using an adjustable branch-bending tool, shaping material for small compositions or Ishizuki-style rock plantings.
