A night featuring up-and-coming San Diego artists, with a DJ contest. The lineup is TBA.
Applications close October 27. ArtistPass, gstxl and the nosurffest team will select 10–12 applicants on October 28. The top three from the contest will play at Spin Rooftop; the best set that evening will be chosen by the nosurffest team to play during the nosurffest festival.
