Sourdough Bread Hands-on Workshop
At San Diego Craft Collective in Point Loma

Learn to make a loaf of sourdough bread with organic flour and local sourdough starter. The workshop includes a fermentation discussion, a bread-making demonstration, tastings, and making dough to bake the next day; attendees take home starter and a loaf.
After class, attendees need to turn their dough for about two hours. Gluten-free dough will not be shown.
